Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, such as used products, personalized items, and gift cards (if applicable), cannot be returned.
